Driving Directions
We are located at 300 Polaris Parkway, Suite 1500, at the intersection of Polaris Parkway and Africa road in the OhioHealth Westerville Medical Campus. We are just down the street from the Polaris Parkway exit of 71. To reach us, get off at Polaris Parkway from 71 and head east. The OhioHealth Westerville Medical Campus will be on your left. Our entrance is located directly between the emergency department and the surgery center.
